Once we receive all documentation required under applicable privacy laws, we will begin processing your request.
Expedited processing is not available.
Requests are processed within 30 business days of the date all required documentation is received.
We do not provide attestations.
Attorneys must use Medic’s official Authorization for Release of Medical Records form. Additionally, they are responsible for verifying that the individual signing the form is legally authorized to do so under applicable State and Federal laws.
